When you arrive on the port of Hydra you will see ALPHA BANK on the first corner. Take that street up for about 30 meters and you will reach the AMALOUR BAR where the street splits in two directions. Take the right street up for about 100 meters and you will find a big square with a taverna called DOUSKOS-XERI ELIA. At the top of the square you go left into the small street and you will reach the Mistral.

Total distance from port to Mistral Hotel is 2-3 minutes walking straight with no steps and there are signs along the way.
